Country Manager (Mexico)

About the Role:

The Country Manager (Mexico) will be responsible for driving business growth in Mexico by implementing global strategies tailored to local market opportunities. This role will focus on accelerating sales growth across the entire Stanley portfolio, leveraging strong commercial strategy, customer management, and shopper insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with LATAM Marketing/Product & Commercial teams to develop Mexico-specific line plans, lead channel segmentation and assortment planning, and create distribution strategies for online/offline channels.
  2. Business Development/Customer Management: Lead joint business planning with key customers to define priorities and objectives, and oversee business performance by customer.
  3. DTC E-commerce Management: Oversee the distribution team regarding planning, strategy, content, analytics, and web technologies.
  4. Sales Operation, Marketing & Others: Develop annual and monthly sales plans in alignment with the Company's business plan, coordinate resources across marketing, consumer insight, and operations, and support in-market communication with distributors/marketing agencies.

Financial Dimensions:

Potential $40M business.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: 10+ years of experience in growing sales leadership with direct and indirect revenue management across strategic multi-channel retailers both in-store and online. Languages: Advanced English and Native Spanish. Skills: Product and Category management, international sales, and supply chain business experience. Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT). Strong background in developing and executing online strategies with key retailers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.

Additional Competencies:

Proven account management skills with major strategic accounts. Ability to establish priorities and procedures effectively under ambiguity. Ability to drive business performance while establishing strategic, process, and operational fundamentals.
