Position Summary

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the LATAM region. This role will involve developing and leading a high-performing sales team, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and growing the business through the development of partnerships and accounts within multi-national corporations and institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute revenue plans and targets for the Institutional product portfolio
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and account development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product managers and customers
  • Provide input to new product teams on customer needs and market trends
Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience selling and influencing into B2B/Institutional accounts, as well as a proven track record in sales leadership and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Expertise in large-scale contract sales and a strong understanding of the LATAM market will be essential for success in this role.
