Job Title: Marketing Lead Generation Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead Generation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing vertical plans aligned with our center of innovation services and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with vertical/industry leaders to identify high-value opportunities and develop marketing campaigns and tactics, including lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches.
  2. Drive lead generation efforts through strategic planning and execution of field marketing activities, including webinars, company-hosted events, alliance marketing, tradeshows, conferences, partner events, and digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Understand and have experience in identifying buyer and influencer needs, understanding the buyer's journey, and targeting effectively.
  4. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize lead generation strategies and tactics for maximum impact and ROI.
  5. Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners, industry influencers, and event organizers to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and expand reach.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall lead generation objectives and adherence to best practices.
  7. Collaborate with the content team to leverage thought leadership assets effectively in lead generation efforts, positioning Orion as a trusted industry resource.
  8. Collaborate with members of the marketing team to offer insights and guidance regarding social media, content, and website strategies, particularly concerning lead generation campaigns.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lead generation initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. 8+ years of proven experience in B2B tech services or SaaS companies, specializing in lead generation strategies within field marketing initiatives.
  3. Minimum of 3-5 years' accountability for leads/pipeline goals.
  4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  5. Hands-on knowledge of Marketing Automation (e.g. Hubspot or Marketo), Office 360, Dynamics CRM, and Gen AI tools for marketing.
  6. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and SEM.
  7. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
  9. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive informed decision-making.
  10. Demonstrated experience in IT services and digital transformation from a marketing perspective, including strategic planning, campaign execution, and market positioning.
  11. Willingness to travel as needed.
