Business Development Manager Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
Rakhere Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our lead generation efforts in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, developing and implementing lead generation strategies, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
- Use various tools and platforms to gather contact information and build a robust database of leads.
- Qualify leads through initial research and outreach to determine their fit for our services.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective outreach campaigns.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation, market research, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the automotive and manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong experience of understanding USA market and processes is a MUST.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using lead generation tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
