Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Representative will execute high-velocity outreach to merchants, leveraging tactics such as cold calling, social selling, digital communication, and networking. As a strategic liaison to our sellers and merchants, this high-level performer will drive demand and create interest with top brands in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform initial needs assessments of prospects to identify pain points and determine how PayPal's platform can address those needs.
- Research and stay up-to-date on current market trends, opportunities, and competition.
- Exercise keen listening skills to identify pain/challenge/opportunity to best position the PYPL solution portfolio.
- Conduct research to expand contact lists within targeted accounts using tools like Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, and other methods.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience, preferably in SaaS sales.
- Previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns.
- Motivation and energy to drive early-stage revenue opportunities.
- A desire to learn enterprise sales methodologies and strategies.
- A dynamic hunter personality with a drive to reach decision makers.
- A demonstrated track record of achieving both individual and team goals in a professional setting.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Location
This role is based in Mexico and requires regular travel to meet with clients and partners. You must be willing to relocate to Mexico for this opportunity.
