As a Regional Sales Director at Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced Account Executives in selling MuleSoft solutions to Enterprise and Commercial customers. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth by formulating and implementing effective sales strategies.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the software industry, with a proven track record of leading successful teams and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team goals
  • Lead a team of experienced Account Executives in selling MuleSoft solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Pre-sales, and Partner Alliances
  • Provide guidance and coaching to direct reports on strategies to drive sales wins

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
