Sales Development Representative

At Alfa Laval, we are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is an exciting opportunity for recent engineering students or graduates to develop their skills in sales and customer experience.
About the Role:
This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in driving sales processes, promoting Alfa Laval products, and strengthening the sales team in a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive technical sales processes and guidelines to achieve optimal results.
- Follow up on qualified leads and convert them into orders through effective communication and negotiation.
- Act as a team player, providing support to customers during the quotation process, ensuring seamless collaboration and excellent customer experience.
- Develop technical and value quotes that accurately reflect customer needs, showcasing Alfa Laval's expertise and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date databases within the CRM tool, ensuring accurate records and efficient data management.
Requirements:
- Pursuing last semester of study in chemical, mechanical, mechatronic, or other engineering disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong skills in data analysis and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficient in English (B2 to C1 level) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
