About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Resilience Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Cyber Fusion Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's information technology ecosystem is secure and resilient against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to deliver specific resilience assessments of technologies using industry best practices.
  • Foster relationships across the organization to aid in the delivery of the Cyber Resilience Program and wider Cyber Fusion Center capabilities.
  • Develop and implement a sustainable High Value Assets program aligned with global industry generally accepted practices.
  • Integrate adversary-based cyber resiliency concepts within the Information Security and IT organization, tied to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Leverage Cyber Fusion Center teams to enhance PepsiCo's cyber security posture and resiliency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of related IT Security experience.
  • Foundational Cloud Certification from AWS or MS Azure.
  • Cybersecurity certifications: Security +, CISM, or CISA.
