About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Entrust Corporation. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our product team and the market, providing technical expertise to our sales team, and helping customers design better user experiences through our identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with our sales team to identify customer pain points and position the right solution to address them with our identity services.
  • Help customers design and integrate our identity solutions into their UX and backend stack.
  • Proactively support customers with the design and integration of our API/SDKs.
  • Support RFPs and RFIs with technical, industry, and business expertise.
  • Project manage trials and customer integration progress together with our account managers.
  • Work closely with our product team to bring insights from the market and our customers, providing feedback during new feature or product development.
  • Collaborate with your regional Solutions Engineering team and on a global scale to share knowledge, best practices, and foster our culture of winning as a team.
  • Assist with the development of demos, trials, and sector-specific presentations.
  • Represent Entrust at trade shows, industry events, and in live webinars.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Pre-sales/Solution Engineer or a background in Product Management with significant exposure to customers and prospect conversations.
  • Practical experience with at least one programming language: ideally Python, Ruby, JavaScript, Swift/Objective-C, Java.
  • A clear understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
  • The ability to help developers successfully integrate with our platform.
  • An elevated level of curiosity and ownership.
  • Experience being embedded in the sales team while working cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Strategy, and Go-to-Market.
  • Experience in cloud or SaaS technology organizations.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), or Digital Identity Verification (IDV).
  • Experience in the payments, cybersecurity, RegTech/Fintech, crypto, or financial services industries.
  • Knowledge of security principles and data protection regulation.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, with any additional European languages being advantageous.
