**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator Assistant to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing national logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of goods from our warehouse to installation sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement solutions to improve logistic flows, meeting quality, cost, delay, and EHS targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, transport partners, and packaging subcontractors.
- Plan and manage packing, shipping, and outbound transportation from our site to external suppliers and customers.
- Monitor logistic supplier commitment, deliveries, and follow logistic suppliers OTIF performance and other KPIs.
- Manage transportation budget in synergies with projects work package owners.
**Requirements:**
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
