**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Team Management**
    • Follow-up on DIY/COMM Projects, KPIs, Objectives, and Sales/Productivity Initiatives
    • Lead and manage the team to achieve sales and productivity goals
  • **Category Management**
    • Review and analyze proposals from vendors
    • Meet with vendors to discuss product offerings and pricing
    • Evaluate product samples and conduct product analysis
    • Manage new product additions, deletions, and clones
    • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms
  • **Supply Chain Management**
    • Monitor and improve fill rates
    • Manage special orders and recalls
    • Coordinate returns to vendor and returns to stock
    • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery
  • **Store Support**
    • Ensure high customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent
  • **Area of Study:** Business degree
  • **Experience:** Five to seven years of operational and merchandising experience
  • **Skills:** Microsoft Office, data entry, and management skills
  • **Certifications:** Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
