Your Impact: As Senior Client Manager for Benelux clients, you will lead all aspects of Professional Services, including scoping, proposing, and selling services to support OpenText product-based solutions. Based in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, this role works closely with OpenText Account Executive and other Client Managers to develop service opportunities for clients.
Role Responsibilities:
- Book generation and customer success for assigned clients
- Support peers across Benelux for mutual success against OT mission metrics
- Develop trusted customer relationships to drive digitisation
- Drive services business development activities resulting in demand generation
- Qualify customer needs and determine value addition for customers
- Prepare RFx responses and bids for tenders
- Follow up after contract signature ensuring customer satisfaction
- Lead commercial negotiation of services contracts with clients and external suppliers
What We Offer:
- Fluency in Dutch required
- Strong track record of scoping and preparing Professional Services proposals RFP/SOW
- Experience in services account development useful
- Strong presence and confidence, exhibiting maturity, with at least 5 years of working experience
- Willingness to travel for client and internal meetings

Compensation: Estimated salary €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
