We are Gostategy, a fuel dispenser technology provider dedicated to delivering exceptional technical support to our valued customers across the United States.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our customers in the US, providing top-notch operational and technical assistance to end-users of our dispensers and sales points.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend inbound customer calls from the US
  • Offer expert technical support to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team working together to meet departmental indicators regarding average handling time and productivity. Your commitment to efficient and effective service will make a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this position, you must possess advanced English proficiency and demonstrate a customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.

The ideal candidate will reside in Monterrey (MTY) or the metropolitan area, ensuring proximity to our hub and reducing travel time. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in technical phone support and be willing to commit to a flexible full-time schedule between 5:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
