Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Vontier. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective resolution to customers' technical issues.
In this role, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.
Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and other electronic channels.
- Analyze customer requests, provide information, and route issues to the appropriate department.
- Manage and resolve technical support requests, including troubleshooting methods and resolving common issues.
- Gather customer information, identify issues, and determine root causes.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve productivity improvements and individual associate growth.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
