Salary & BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary package ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, employees enjoy access to various benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThe Total Reward Manager will be responsible for the proper implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they align with global and local procedures while maintaining internal equity. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, or related field
- Certificate in Compensation & Benefit Management
- 3-5 years of experience in HR practices, preferably in a C&B external consulting firm (Mercer, Hay, E&Y)
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Exposure to international environments and knowledge of benefit programs/laws/regulations
