About the Opportunity

Incode Technologies is seeking a skilled Talent Rewards Analyst to support our team growth. This role is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of our exponential growth and international expansion.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with HR leaders to understand talent needs and align rewards strategies with business goals.
  • Define and implement compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Human Resources to align processes, collect reporting metrics, and analyze compensation and benefits data.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • Experience scaling compensation programs during periods of significant company growth.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with HR systems and compensation tools, including Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation benchmarking tools.
  • Skilled at partnering with HR teams to build effective compensation strategies and ensure internal equity.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data and information with confidentiality.
