About the Role

The Customer Success Team at VTEX works directly with companies worldwide to ideate, plan, and implement transformative digital projects using our enterprise digital commerce platform. The team focuses on upselling new projects and services according to the customer's needs, bringing growth and competitive advantage. It uses every real-time communication channel to guide the client, as each interaction is an opportunity to share ecommerce expertise.

About the Team

The Commerce Engineer (CE) is an ecommerce expert and will help our customers identify opportunities and execute their growth plans. The CE is in charge of helping our customers reach their true sales potential while maximizing the customer's lifetime value for VTEX. The CE constantly investigates the platform's technical scenarios to address customer's business and technical questions. CEs are the main point of contact between our customer and VTEX, being the C-level's voice regarding strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce business and/or operations in Direct to Consumer, Marketplaces and/or B2B
  • Solve business problems and quickly pick up new tools and skills
  • Have experience with P&L and business models
  • Have technical knowledge of platform and integration models
  • Have a tech & math mindset, providing simple solutions to complex problems
  • Have advanced English knowledge
