About the Role

At Teradata, we're empowering businesses to make better decisions with our cloud analytics and data platform. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and customer satisfaction in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive engagement, adoption, and success planning.
  • Manage and curate existing customer relationships, leveraging strong executive relationships to drive business growth and customer value.
  • Provide thought leadership to influence and build trust at different customer levels, including senior/executive management and IT decision makers.
  • Lead the development of customer success plans and partner with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of related services and support functions.
  • Drive utilization of Teradata software and services through education and strategy sessions, ensuring customers are successful in their adoption of our technology.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong exposure and knowledge of the banking industry.
  • BA, BS, MBA, or MS in business, technical, or professional discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Spanish/English language skills and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
