About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process and ensuring timely affiliation completion.

Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch support to clients throughout the entire sale process, guaranteeing a seamless experience and quick start-up of contracted platforms.

You will work closely with our team to ensure ongoing operations and billing, focusing on profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Onboarding: You will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, constantly reviewing procedure statuses and providing follow-up support.
  • Folio Review: You will review and follow up on folios in implementation, ensuring compliance with SLAs and generating reports on completed affiliations.
  • Retention Tasks: You will identify opportunities for retention tasks based on billing and perform service calls or visits as necessary.
  • Intensive Care: You will focus on our top clients, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues that may impact billing.
  • SLA Monitoring: You will track and report SLA times, providing valuable insights to our sales and executive teams.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Basic management skills, including proficiency in office packages.
  • Certification in CRM management is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and basic English language skills.
