Therapy Development Specialist III TAVI

This position is responsible for the development and adoption of TAVI therapies in an assigned market. The successful candidate will design and execute a therapy awareness plan that aligns with the strategic priorities of Boston Scientific's Interventional Cardiology division.
The role is responsible for ensuring the assigned territory meets or exceeds sales objectives. Key responsibilities include developing an annual marketing plan, ensuring sales achievement, profitability, market share, and growth of the TAVI category.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health ecosystem and be able to identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues that impact the use of company products.
They will also be responsible for developing and enhancing relationships with administrative hospital personnel, defining educational strategic programs, and leading field clinical representatives' clinical training.
The successful candidate will have a strong business acumen, understanding of P&L, and business value. They will also have experience as a project leader and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual marketing plan
- Ensure sales achievement, profitability, market share, and growth of the TAVI category
- Prepare and implement promotional materials
- Identify key accounts, healthcare professionals, and business issues
- Develop and enhance relationships with administrative hospital personnel
- Define educational strategic programs
- Lead field clinical representatives' clinical training
- Work closely with the Sales Management team
Requirements:
- Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, or Admon degree
- Ease of travel at least 30% of the time
- Understanding of the health ecosystem
- Advanced English
- Good presence/presentation and ease of speech
- Statistical analysis handling Microsoft Excel, SalesForce, Tableau
- Self-directed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Base in Mexico City
- >5 years of experience in marketing/sales/FCS/medical device training or Pharma
- Experience as a project leader
- Business acumen; understanding of P&L and business value
