Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support employee relations by responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, benefits changes, and COBRA administration.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
