We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Ria, a leading financial services company. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support and resolve complex transaction issues.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Review and correct data for incorrectly processed transactions
• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile and balance refunds for cancelled transactions
• Utilize strong communication skills to provide clear and concise information to customers
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Work effectively in a team environment to achieve business objectives
• Possess a strong customer orientation and excellent problem-solving skills
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service or a call center position
• Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Explorer
• Additional language skills a plus
• Ability to work flexible schedules
