Job Summary:

Nezda Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Australian residential internet, mobile phone, or home phone customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing and account-related issues via telephone.
  2. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer complaints and concerns.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  4. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  4. High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
