Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nezda Technologies Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in US Medical Billing (Healthcare/RCM background)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

What We Offer:

  • P33,000 basic pay
