Job Description

As a seasoned financial professional, you will oversee the administration and management of plant operations, ensuring seamless financial and business processes. Your expertise will drive strategic decision-making, optimize cost management, and foster a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement accounting strategies aligned with campus strategic directions.
  • Lead a team of finance/accounting staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure exceptional results.
  • Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous innovation through process re-engineering and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare timely forecasts, monitor departmental costs, and provide feedback to peers on cost trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management or equivalent education and training.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a relevant Jabil financial position or equivalent external work experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within an accounting department.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate or advanced degree preferred.
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
