**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Helpdesk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems to other support groups.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including MS Office packages
- Document troubleshooting steps and detailed descriptions of customer incidents and requests
- Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions to correct failures
**Requirements**
- Availability to work 45 hours per week
- Interest in working on afternoon/night shifts
- Advanced English language skills
- 6 months of experience in customer service
