Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - Social Media. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses.
  • Utilize social media listening tools to monitor customer conversations and respond accordingly.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their features.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a social media environment.
  • Knowledge of IKEA products and services.
  • Experience with social media listening tools and analytics.
