Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Service Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, dispatching and logistics, and ensuring that services provided to our customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer orders and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
- Coordinate with field technicians and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer communications and service activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, business administration)
- Advanced communication skills in English (90% or more)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or technical support position
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
- Team work skills, working with people
- Follow instructions & procedures and propose process improvements
- Excel intermediate or advance skills
- Desirable programming skills (basic or intermediate level)
