We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for AV devices and IT equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues
- Good knowledge and experience in managing Power Shut Down maintenance activities
- Manage IT Asset lifecycle management for the location/region
- Advanced English language skills
- 1 year of experience as a Technical Support Specialist
