This role will be responsible for leading and executing our B2B SMB strategy, driving high volume growth. As a key leader, you will need strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to innovate in dynamic markets.
Responsibilities- Design and lead the organization's commercial SMB strategy, ensuring the achievement of short- and long-term objectives in highly competitive B2B markets.
- Manage and motivate commercial teams, fostering a high-performance culture and aligning efforts toward ambitious growth and expansion goals.
- Oversee the design and implementation of key programs, such as loyalty strategies, pricing structures, talent development, and customer relationship management.
- Ensure optimization and efficiency of commercial processes at all sales cycle stages, from prospecting to customer retention and post-sales service.
