**Job Summary**

Nissan is seeking a highly skilled Talent Mobility Specialist to support its Americas Talent Mobility operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing immigration activities, including interaction with outside counsel, employee and business data requests, and maintaining immigration databases.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Supports immigration activities, including interaction with outside counsel, employee and business data requests, and maintaining immigration databases.

• Audits and supports updates of affiliate intercompany agreements, databases, and employee lists in agreement addenda.

• Supports affiliate expense recharge processes, including preparing recharges, tracking in databases, and following up with affiliates on outstanding unpaid expenses.

• Supports salary FSA salary calculations processes, including preparing, communicating, and tracking in databases.

• Supports FSA operations, including preparing FSA assignment and extension letters and maintaining/updating databases for tracking assignment start and end dates.

• Audits databases for tracking assignment start and end dates.

• Supports FSA variable comp and merit processes, including communicating to FSAs and responding to inquiries.

• Supports vendor invoicing processes, including reconciling invoice amounts, initiating payments, and preparing annual Nissan Purchasing Department requisitions/shopping baskets.

• Supports Japanese mobility operations, including monthly headcount, annual headcount planning, preparing educational training materials, and other related tasks.
