Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Payroll Services Portfolio for one of our six regions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll services to our customers. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Payroll Inputs Processing Center for the assigned region, ensuring all payroll inputs are processed correctly and on time.
  • Validating and processing payroll transactions to guarantee accurate and timely payment to our customers.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand payroll needs and requirements, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Leading the transition of payroll services from the US to Mexico, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our functional operating model.
  • Managing and coaching a team of payroll professionals to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in payroll management and leadership. Key qualifications include:

  • Previous experience supervising large teams and managing complex payroll operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Able to lead functional agenda within a matrix environment and adapt to changes while maintaining effective communication.
