About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Relationship Manager to lead our Payroll Incidence Consolidation Services portfolio for the different regions of PFNA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Payroll Inputs processing center for each region, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Payroll Incidence Consolidation Services portfolio for the different regions of PFNA, representing one of the six regions in the sector.
  • Manage the Payroll Inputs processing center for each region, guaranteeing accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Face business stakeholders to understand payroll needs and requirements, supporting queries and requests during ordinary and extraordinary payroll periods.
  • Oversee the transition process of our services from the US to Mexico, ensuring a smooth implementation of the transition methodology.
  • Ensure payroll operations are running smoothly within our MBS system, implementing a functional operating model.
Your Impact

As a Payroll Relationship Manager, your scope will include:

  • Ensuring service delivery KPIs accuracy for each region.
  • Providing consistent and high-level customer service and operational excellence, ensuring transactions are processed accurately.
  • Managing database requirements, system integration, and the broader shared services organization.
  • Planning and overseeing the workload of the Sales Payroll regional structure and portfolio.
  • Providing coaching and day-to-day oversight of the Payroll Regional Team.
  • Managing and transacting against payroll requests submitted through location-specific payroll SPA boxes.
  • Uploading, organizing, and ensuring supporting documentation and payroll reports/approvals are available on TEAMS channels, adhering to control requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience supervising large teams, with a focus on task completion and workload distribution.
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Able to lead functional agendas within a matrix environment.
  • Ability to shift and adapt to changes, maintaining communication during the process.
