Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Doctor (Médico Cirujano), Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermeria), or TUMs (Técnicos en Urgencias Médicas)
- EMT-Basic Certification from Red Cross or Similar
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to teach First Aid, CPR, and AED
- Experience leading and managing a team
