**Job Title:** Customer Support Representative**

**Job Summary:** We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our fast-growing support team at Salesloft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and providing timely support to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product training and support to customers to ensure they get the most out of our platform.
  • Work closely with our customer success and sales teams to identify and resolve customer pain points.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product features and functionality to provide accurate and timely support.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
