Medical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs.
- Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
- Participate in market analysis and provide feedback to management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering or nursing.
- At least 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Product expertise in hemodynamics.
- Customer service experience.
- Distributor management skills.
- Forecasting and analytical skills.
