About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers directly in the cathlabs.
  • Manage existing and acquire new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Participate in market analysis and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biomedical Engineering or nursing.
  • At least 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product expertise in hemodynamics.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Distributor management skills.
  • Forecasting and analytical skills.
