Job Overview:
Jinrong Mexico Precision Machinery S De Rl De Cv seeks a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute company-wide HR plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including job postings, employee referrals, and external partnerships.
- Manage employee relations, including entry and exit procedures, labor contracts, complaints, and investigations, while promoting a positive work environment.
- Analyze attendance and wage data to inform payroll decisions and optimize labor costs.
- Develop and administer employee welfare programs, including medical insurance, vacation policies, and other benefits, to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles and advance their careers.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in comprehensive HR management in the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with local labor regulations and best practices in HR management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, stakeholders, and external partners.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field can be considered if supplemented by relevant certifications and experience.
Compensation and Benefits: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
