Your Impact

As a Regional Sales Manager for Building Products in Mexico Northeast, you will be an agent of change for the decarbonization of the Mexican construction market through our DRAMIX concrete reinforcement technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing direct and indirect account management in the Northeast of Mexico
  • Establishing relations in the construction industry to create awareness about the possibilities of fiber-reinforced concrete
  • Managing existing value chains and developing new engineers, owners, general contractors, and concrete contractors/suppliers
  • Preparing and presenting technical proposals
  • Identifying new opportunities within the region and taking actions to capitalize on them
  • Facilitating regional business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Daily management of established regional accounts
  • Reporting on competitor activity, territory forecasting, and territory performance
  • Recommending new product innovations to grow your business
  • Negotiating prices with customers in coordination with Area Sales Managers
  • Executing regional Commercial and Digital Marketing plans in line with X+1 growth plans
  • Coordinating superior customer service with the marketing operations team

About You

We're looking for someone with a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Sales/Marketing, and a minimum of 5 years of proven outside sales (B2B) and/or engineering experience.
