Community Sales Manager

At IWG plc, we're looking for a skilled Community Sales Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Apodaca. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of our Regus centre while driving sales and revenue growth.

About the Role

You'll be the face of our centre, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
  • Generating leads through engaging networking events and promoting our centre to new customers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
