Job Description

Job Summary

Schneider Electric Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Asset Monitoring and Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our energy assets and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound requests from customers, including calls, emails, and chat messages
  • Qualify, triage, and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor asset performance in our digital platform and assign cases to appropriate owners
  • Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to customers
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to resolve complex issues

Requirements

  • Technician degree in Operations and Maintenance, preferably in energy assets
  • Advanced English language skills
  • 5-10 years of industry experience in renewable energy, utility, solar, and storage
  • Service and Operations experience is highly valued
  • Customer support and field service management experience is essential
  • Hands-on experience with energy assets and monitoring systems
  • Able to work in a hybrid scheme with flexible working hours
  • International travel may be required on an exceptional basis
