Abb Schweiz Ag is seeking a highly skilled Order Management Specialist - Customer Service Representative to join our ELECTRIFICATION team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management, and coordination with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership.
- Showcase expertise by increasing customer satisfaction through the provision of appropriate solutions.
- Ensure the resolution of customer issues, including order, technical, and payment-related issues.
- Provide solutions for customer requests and coordinate with related teams to ensure complete handling of requests.
- Collect and archive documentation related to orders and record assumptions and decisions made during the process.
- Analyze statistics, including forecasting, pacing, etc., using available tools and collect relevant information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality & Electrical testing Process.
- Experience with ERP (SAP) FICO Model, OFFICE, Advanced Excel, and SAP.
- Strong Leadership, Attention to detail, self-critic, and excellent customer service attitude.
- Advanced level of English.
