The Customer Care Advocate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotes, and orders in a seamless and efficient manner. This role requires expertise, ownership, accountability, and responsiveness to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver customer-centric solutions

  • Work with Distribution Center operations to ensure orders are managed and shipped in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to order shipment, such as damaged, late, or incorrect products

Requirements
  • High School diploma required; College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Two years of professional customer care experience preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding skills, with the ability to type 45+ words per minute
  • Experience with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Windows Operating Systems
  • Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills preferred
  • Experience with Oracle &/or SAP (or other ERP systems)
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
