**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Arrivia, Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for guiding new hires through the recruiting process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including collecting required documents and answering questions
  • Assist with office administration tasks, such as serving as a backup to the main office receptionist
  • Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines
  • Initiate background checks and conduct reference checks as needed
  • Collaborate with the HR team to process referrals and help organize recruiting events

**Requirements:**

  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Onboarding experience preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills with adaptability to different personality types
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and data accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and identify priorities
  • Independent self-starter with excellent communication skills
