About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Collaboration Solutions Architect to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, building, and administering Collaboration Solutions services across our global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 Collaboration Solutions, including Power Platform, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other related services.
  • Manage and govern Collaboration Solutions services, including permissions, API access, licensing, security assessments, and defining standards and processes.
  • Develop and maintain best practices, policies, and governance for Microsoft 365 and 3rd party SaaS solutions.
  • Provide escalation support and deliver current and future Microsoft 365 Offerings across our global landscape.
  • Act as recovery manager for Microsoft Cloud outages and perform change and problem management activities to ensure service reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Collaboration Solutions services.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Operations roles, with a focus on Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Advanced understanding of Power Platform, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Strong technical skills in scripting and automation, with experience in Graph API, Windows PowerShell, and other related tools.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 eco-system, including Active Directory, Azure, and other related services.
  • Experience in managing Vendor Managed Solutions/Services and 3rd level support.
  • ITIL certification and good understanding of ITIL processes and standards.
