**Job Summary**
Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to support our Fulfillment Center Operations team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and creating an inclusive culture focused on safety, engagement, technology, and innovation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Company Culture Steward**: Apply your understanding of Leadership Principles and values when consulting with employees and managers to drive performance improvement, coaching plans, team meetings, employee development, and promotions.
- **Organization Development and Planning**: Understand key business goals and priorities, and apply them to core areas of HR responsibilities to prioritize work and set goals. Provide input into organizational design discussions, including talent for succession planning and attrition risks.
- **Organization Health**: Conduct diagnostics to identify trends and environmental Employee Resources (ER) or workplace issues, and communicate findings. Partner with management to drive positive ER, negotiate labor agreements, and proactively monitor and act to address ER or labor changes.
- **Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition**: Partner with Recruiting and Agencies to coach managers around recruiting processes. Interpret hiring data and provide recommendations to recruiting and client leaders for sourcing strategies. Understand local market staffing needs and participate in interview loops and debriefs.
- **Talent Management and Development**: Facilitate or assist multiple department or group level talent discussions, and engage with managers to ensure launch plans are created and participate in launch plans as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights
- Experience in HR business partnering or a related field
