About the Role

The Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive organizational growth and success through effective HR strategies and initiatives. This role will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on a wide range of HR topics, from talent management and workforce planning to employee relations and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with functional leaders to understand their goals and challenges, align HR strategies with business objectives, and ensure the HR function contributes to the overall success of the organization.
  2. Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  3. Provide guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance improvement plans. Ensure a fair and consistent approach to HR practices.
  4. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews. Help managers and employees drive performance and achieve their professional goals.
  5. Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Develop and implement engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Measure and analyze employee engagement data and recommend improvements.
  7. Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and provide insights to drive organizational improvements. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HRBP role. Experience in a shared service environment with emphasis on recruiting is preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, and industry trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
  4. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  5. Fluent in both Spanish and English.

Work Environment

The employee will encounter a work environment characterized by a clean, orderly, properly lighted, and ventilated office setting. The office noise levels are considered low to moderate.
