We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at The Green Recruitment Company. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for organizing the development of salary management systems, processes, and related standards for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement salary management systems, processes, and related standards for overseas factories
  • Adjust and record salary changes caused by job changes, performance evaluations, and other factors
  • Establish, improve, and optimize a performance evaluation system, develop specific evaluation plans based on company goals
  • Prepare annual training plans and recruitment demand plans in accordance with the company's human resources plan

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
