Job Description

In this pivotal role, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for:

  • Booking meetings with institutional property owners via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Maintaining a robust prospect pipeline and ensuring timely reporting and information entry into the CRM system
  • Identifying and capitalizing on key issues and opportunities to drive business growth
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Exceptional English language proficiency (pronunciation, vocabulary, and tonality)
  • A background in marketing, sales, communication, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Strong communication skills, including vocal volume and confidence
  • Prior experience in the real estate or related industry is highly valued
