CompensationThe successful candidate can expect a competitive monthly compensation of $1,250-$1,500 USD, with additional commissions earned per meeting booked and deals closed.
Job DescriptionIn this pivotal role, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for:
- Booking meetings with institutional property owners via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Maintaining a robust prospect pipeline and ensuring timely reporting and information entry into the CRM system
- Identifying and capitalizing on key issues and opportunities to drive business growth
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- Exceptional English language proficiency (pronunciation, vocabulary, and tonality)
- A background in marketing, sales, communication, or a related field from a reputable university
- Strong communication skills, including vocal volume and confidence
- Prior experience in the real estate or related industry is highly valued
This contractor role offers a virtual office setup, requiring daily attendance in the Kumospace environment during working hours. The flexible work schedule spans 9:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM EST, allowing for optimal productivity and work-life balance.
