About the Role

The **Senior Remarketing Representative** is a key position within our organization, responsible for the execution of activities related to the sale of repossessed units, lease-back units, company cars, and other vehicles. This role involves the full administration of inventory, control of prices, follow-up of payments, and general administration of processes that result in monthly recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure maximum possible value from the sale of units, positively impacting company indicators.
  • Manage outsourced service providers, including auction houses, transportation vendors, inspectors, and other relevant parties.
  • Provide support to team members, offering training and guidance to maximize their capabilities and achieve objectives.
  • Maintain ongoing adherence to relevant compliance regulations, internal controls, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in Remarketing, Collections, Credit, or related areas.
  • High level of experience managing and dealing with external vendors.
  • Fluent English Skills (Comprehension, written & verbal).
  • Proficient influencing and negotiations skills.
  • Communication skills at all levels, including active listening.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance of operations, ability to minimize risk and solve problems.
  • Ability to quickly find common ground and solve problems, including dealing with ambiguity.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
