Become an integral part of ZF's global team and contribute to shaping the future of mobility.

This role involves identifying, analyzing, and assessing Human Rights risks and impacts in the Americas region, collaborating closely with the global Human Rights team. As the first point of contact for Human Rights issues and concerns within the Americas, you will handle local and regional cases while supporting the global development of the Human Rights due diligence process through continuous input and regional expertise. Your contributions will help ensure that Human Rights requirements are anchored regionally within the company.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with successfully completed studies in law, political or social sciences, or equivalent (Master, Dipl.), with a special focus on Human Rights and/or international law. Professional experience and proven expertise in Human Rights (legal, political, and corporate application), international experience is desirable. You should possess in-depth knowledge of Human Rights frameworks and laws, both at international and regional level in the Americas. Strong legal and political analysis and conception skills, team mentality, and a structured way of working are essential. High social skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders are also required. Independent and structured problem-solving skills are necessary, as well as willingness to travel. Fluency in English, Spanish, and other foreign languages is an advantage. Experience working with Non-Governmental organizations is a plus.

As a Regional Human Rights Expert, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Benefits above the law include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions. This estimate may vary depending on your specific qualifications, experience, and location.
